(as a relative),

My husband became unwell and we contacted 111 and were advised to attend out of hours service. It was then decided he should attend the emergency department. It was extremely busy but he was triaged quickly and treatment commenced very quickly after this.

We can't thank the staff in OOH and ED enough, the nurse that treated him was called Natalie ( I think) a lovely person who was so professional and caring. We saw a doctor later and she was so kind and reassuring.
