"We appreciate all their kindness and care"

About: Victoria Hospital / General Medicine

(as a relative),

My mother in law is in ward 51 Victoria hospital Kirkcaldy.  The nurses and consultants could not be better and my mother in law is receiving the best possible care.  The NHS gets so much negative feedback that I wanted to give a more positive bit of news.  I would particularly like to mention Staff Nurses Shona and Ashleigh, the two consultants ( one of whom’s surname is Mackenzie) and the two auxiliaries who have been on shift today,20th August.   They have been so kind and caring to my mother in law and so nice and supportive to us , her family.

Nothing is ever too much bother for them and we appreciate all their kindness and care and hope that this can be conveyed to them.

I would like to thank you on behalf of all the staff in Ward 51 for your kind words. It is so nice to hear that we have been appreciated. We try our very best to be supportive and caring to not only our patients but also the family. To hear your comments just makes our job so worthwhile and know that we are doing a good job.

Hope your mother in law is well.

Thank You

Valerie Turner
