(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I arrived here last week via an ambulance.

The ward is great, I am very pleased with it and the level of care that I am receiving too.

The general ward facilities are brilliant. I have a great bed with toilets and stuff close by and it is very clean and tidy.

I really like the staff, I am very appreciative of all their care. The communication with them is very good I feel like I am being very well informed.
