The website is confusing to navigate. I tried to book an appointment. I selected the ‘appointment’ option then was greeted with slabs of info, at first I didn’t even know they were buttons. It seems confusing and unnecessary to have all that text. It would help to simply this screen (eg. General inquiry, book an appointment, see more advice online) it seem like someone has over complicated these 3 steps. Being quite sick I obviously didn’t read all the details, got confused and selected the wrong option. I visited the clinic thinking I was going to see a doctor for my illness but I saw a nurse. Obviously not the nurses fault, the nurses and doctors are very nice. Receptionists also seem nice. Website is okay to navigate if you are not sick or dying.
