(as a service user),

The nursing staff were fantastic (especially Evelyn & Jacqueline).  The staff kept the atmosphere relaxed and positive the whole time and were very attentive and took the time to listen to me.  The consultant Mr Shanker was fantastic as well.  He fully explained the procedure in detail and answered all my questions prior to the operation and also after.  The Vale of Leven hospital is not my local hospital so was feeling slightly un-settled as it wasnt familiar to me.  However, my experience was a very positive one.

I was delighted to hear your experience of attending the Vale of Leven Hospital for your Orthopaedics appointment was a positive one and you felt well cared for by our staff.
