"I appreciate your help so much"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Radiology (X-rays and Scans)

(as a service user),

Yesterday I attended hospital for an MRI appointment. However, the doctor had told me the MRI was booked or being booked by their secretary for yesterday - unfortunately this wasn't the case and I had to wait around 4/5 hours for my patient transport to collect me (apparently they made a mistake) and the staff member in the reception bit of the main entrance and some other staff were amazing. 

I was sat outside in so much pain for hours waiting for the transport and due to very complex medical conditions I kept passing out, dropping my phone and handbag, sliding off the wheelchair - it was a nightmare until a lovely nurse saw me and alerted the reception. Really took great care of me, found someone to take me to toilet, fed me and bought me coffee as I've had no shopping for weeks due to financial crisis.

I want to praise them highly for what they did for me and for the support I got when I explained my situation at home and problems with my medical treatment etc. I can't thank you enough I really can't and I appreciate your help so much, Thank you!🌹
