My husband and I attended for our 20 week fetal anomaly scan at Altnagelvin Outpatients Department recently.
Lauren and Cara,the two sonogrophers were excellent and put me very much at ease. It was identified during the scan that our baby had a cardiac defect. Both staff members were excellent and extremely informative in relaying this very sensitive information. The referral to the specialist consultant was prompt and we had an appointment the very next day.The care we received was first class and we will be forever grateful to them for the early diagnosis to help us plan and prepare for the safe arrival of our precious baby.Expectant parents are very privileged to have such kind and caring professionals involved in their care. Lauren and Cara are a credit to the WHSCT.Thank you so much
