I rang my GP and they referred me to CGL East Hub. The staff were friendly, professional and very supportive with good communication.

I'm glad that you were able to get in touch with your GP and that they helped you to get access to our support by making a referral. It takes courage to open up about needing support, and I hope you feel proud of yourself for taking this important step.

It's great to hear that you found our East Hub Team to be so professional and supportive. It's really important that we communicate well with the people with whom we are supporting, and I'm glad that this has been your experience with us. I will make sure Manjit our Services Manager at the East Hub, gets to learn about your feedback so she can share it amongst the team of staff. I'm sure they will really appreciate your kind words.
