"Kindness and Excellent Care"

About: St John's Hospital / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was admitted with Acute Tonsilitis and Glandular fever and spent 3 nights in Ward 19a, St Johns.  He noticed that everyone was very kind to him and I noticed that too.  I also noticed the very lovely atmoshere in general in the ward, with 'Happy Birthday' being sang to an elderly patient.  The nursing staff were very professional, responsive, caring and friendly.  The medical staff were also very caring and took care to explain everything.

Thank you, everyone in Ward 19a!
