"The standard of care and attention to detail was very clear to see"

I can’t speak highly enough of the staff who cared for our daughter in the neonatal unit back in June. The care she received was second to none and undoubtedly saved her life and gave her the best chance going forward. The nurses are absolute angels who could not do enough for her, and us as parents. V create is an amazing idea and really helped us relax when we couldn’t be with her. Knowing the staff take the time during a busy shift to complete this means so much.

The medical staff always ensured they fully communicated the plan with us after ward rounds which was much appreciated. We cannot believe the progress she made due to their knowledge and hard work. 

We were lucky to be able to get a transitional room which really helped us continue with our exclusive breastfeeding journey, without it this probably wouldn’t have been possible. 

Being on the other side of the care giving was difficult but I felt so confident she was in safe hands as the standard of care and attention to detail was very clear to see. We are forever grateful to everyone who looked after her.
