"Minor injury drop in"

About: Caterham Dene Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as the patient),

Reception and waiting time was swift. Unfortunately I found the nurse that saw me to be  obnoxious, rude and had absolutely no interest in looking at my injury. It was a waste of my time going and I was made to feel I was completely wasting the nurses time. I ended up leaving/being ushered away after less than 2 minutes, to then try and Google how serious my injury is myself and whether I should be worried.

This nurses duty of care seemed extremely poor and I would hate anyone from my family to ever have to see them. I’d heard good things about the minor injuries drop in service, so perhaps this was just one poor experience.
