I was admitted to ward 205 in February following an accidental fall. I had surgery to repair a T12 unstable fracture.
I am now 6 months recovered. The nurses were amazing, too many to mention by name. Thank you all. In truth the whole team from the surgeon who has since told me he came in whilst on leave to the domestics and everyone else on this ward were great and I appreciate all the support and care given to me. From one NHS member to all of you I know how much pressure we work under.
It was a really anxious time for me, that mixed with pain and being medicated, whilst being away from home, made the support really appreciated.
What a fantastic team.
Thank you all so much
I have been back at work for 3 months now and continue to recover day to day I am almost fighting fit now.. no more silly rollerblading or other daft activities for me.
I also would like to thank the Ambulance service and A&E locally for everything prior to arriving at the above ward
Thank you all again.
"Fantastic Care"
