"Long covid support"

About: Bromley Healthcare / Community Covid Support Service

(as a service user),

After waiting 7 months for a long covid assessment I was given an appointment at 4:00pm yesterday. I was very anxious about the call as I suffer anxiety as well as long covid and POTS.

I didn't receive a call at all. I did have a missed call at 5:34pm from a no caller ID that rang for 7 seconds! As soon as I answered it it went dead. My home phone rang again for 5 seconds and went dead as soon as I answered it. I don't sit by the phone all day so it takes me time to get to the phones especially as I have mobility issues and breathlessness.

I am really disappointing that no one rang me to tell me they couldn't keep my appointment. I expect better from a NHS service.
