I don't do well with being let down. I've found it difficult recently to get to groups and meetings and was disappointed recently when the acupuncture was cancelled and I didn't get a message to let me know.

I am so sorry that you were disappointed. I know that it is unsettling when you think you have your routine nailed down then an intervention is cancelled, especially acupuncture as it is a great intervention.

Acupuncture is a drop-in activity so no pressure about making commitments you just turn up. It might be good if you phone first to check as sometimes staff are ill or on leave without warning. But if you can give me your name next time you are in the service I can make sure that you will be contacted if we must cancel the session in the future.
