"I have had a lovely stay"

I have had a lovely stay, the staff are absolutely fantastic and I wouldn't say a bad word about any of them. The ward is great, all the cleaners are wonderful and the rooms are spotless. I cannot fault anyone, nurses, doctors the whole lot have just been incredible. The communication is always great, every single member of staff has been very attentive and have spoke me through everything I need to know. I used the virtual visiting service to speak with my daughter and it was great, I think this service is handy especially in times when visitors aren't allowed, you still get to see a familiar face.
