From the moment I arrived at Spa medica, I was made to feel welcome and important. From the guy on the door to the surgeon who carried out my procedure, everyone I had dealings with showed genuine interest and empathy. I was very impressed and although I was very nervous when I arrived, I soon became relaxed. I am very pleased with the outcome of my operation. My only other comment is that coathooks would be very usefull in the toilet cubicles.
