"An astonishing level of care"

I simply want to record my thanks for the astonishing level of care that I have experienced over the last 7 months of my treatment within a number of the RD & E's (Wonford) Departments.

Throughout my various travels between ENT and Oncology via Otter Ward, X-Ray and Dental sections, I have received just the most superb care and attention from every single member of staff, on every occasion, in very different circumstances.

How, in a large and super-busy hospital, staff find time to treat patients with such personal attention and genuine care and interest is a credit not just to the individuals themselves but seemingly as a reflection of the culture of the hospital as a whole.

I have honestly felt the metaphorical arms of the hospital around me in what hasn't always been the most enjoyable of experiences.
