"waiting time when you have an appointment"

About: New Cross Hospital

Anything else?

Had an appointment at 9.30 am however at 10.30 I was still waiting to see someone and since waiting at the previous appointment for nearly 3 hours decided to get up and leave. Arrived at the clinic at 9.00 AM and observed the 3 Registrars on duty chatting with each other for 30 minutes even so they had patients with appointment for 9.00 AM. Therefore the first patients were seen at 9.30 AM. Total disrespect for the patients waiting, no apologies or any one announcing the expected waiting time. Phones lines ring continuously and no one bother to answer!!
