About: Mental Health Community Services / Condition Management Programme

(as a service user),

CMP has helped me realise there's more to life in general.

The people in CMP can help you do things you would never have thought of doing yourself. It has been brilliant for me and a lifeline to me. I've talked to people there and I've got things done. It's helped me with my illness and lifeline. All three staff - Dione, Jarlath and Rosalind have been great. They've helped me with my life. It's hard to put it into words.

There was so messing about they were very straightforward and helpful.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with CMP.

It seems CMP was able to provide the type of help and support you needed and that you have made positive changes to your life. Hopefully you are now better able to self manage your health conditions and continue work towards your employment goals.

I will share your comments with the staff you mentioned and the wider CMP team who will be encouraged to read this.
