"No care plan in place"

About: Russells Hall Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I had my leg amputated. I was discharged four days later with no care plan in place, no carers, no district nurses. I was completely bedbound and luckily enough had a family member visiting daily. I was discharged with drains and a catheter and staples still clamping my leg together. The nurses were rude and unhelpful. The treatment I received was cold-hearted; I waited 6 hours calling out for pain relief when in there.
