(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Today i have been in the ambulatory part of the hospital and to be honest i really havent had a complaint about a single part of the care .Staff have been incredibly nice so far really appreciate everything that they have done for me there honestly just lovely they really couldn't do much more for me. They take the time to explain things great too and also answered my questions which was nice
