"Not the most hygienic toilet in front foyer"

I am waiting in the foyer for visiting times to open so I can visit my mother in 1 north. I have been coming up for over 2 weeks and have noticed that when I use the toilets they are not always as clean as they should be considering it should be a very hygienic environment. The toilet cubicles are quite dirty and there was hand paper all over the floor due to the bins overflowing. There always wasn’t enough hand wash left. I hate complaining and do appreciate that the general public can leave quite a mess, however I feel that it needs to be brought up so that hopefully a more hygienic environment will be created in the future.
