"Ignoring mentality "

About: E12 Health

Recently my wife faced some problems on her leg and tried to get an appointment to see the doctor. This the very first time she wants an appointment after registered with this gp for the last 15 months. We completed their online form, they replied via text to go to hospital if it is severe! I called them, and explain her situation, as usual they ignored the query and advised to go to the hospital.

Similar type of response I got few months ago.

If they find any minor health issue, they don’t response or suggest to go the pharmacy. If anything severe, they advise to go to the Hospital!

Can anyone tell me, why we need to be registered with a gp, if we don’t get any service from them?

Dear Patient,

We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns regarding the recent health issues your wife experienced. We sincerely apologise for any frustration or inconvenience caused during this time.

Our primary goal is to provide extraordinary care to our patients and we regret that your recent interactions did not reflect the level of care we strive to offer.

We would like to clarify that our response to severe matters may involve advising patients to seek immediate attention at A&E, especially if the treatment required is beyond the scope of what a GP can offer or if we do not have an available appointment in a suitable timeframe to meet your health needs.

We want to assure you that your feedback is valuable and we take your concerns seriously. We are actively working to enhance our communication and the services we offer to better meet the needs of our patients.

If you are willing to share more details about your experiences, please contact our Assistant Practice Managers, Halima & Geeta. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continuously work towards improving our services, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience you and your wife may have faced.

Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention; we hope to have the opportunity to address your concerns and better serve you in the future.
