"Perfect experience"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as a service user),

On this occasion I was met by a friendly doctor who promptly put me at ease by talking me through the upcoming procedure, which was reassuring.

Plenty of time was taken to inform me of my condition, no rushing.

The whole experience was not unpleasant at all!
