One member of staff in reception has been amazing, whether it's face to face or over the phone.
She has dealt with my query promptly, efficiently and quickly resolving the situation of my newborn baby who was suffering from colic, reflux then discovered he requires milk with lactose free.
Throughout the process of making my first point of phone call to the surgery, to arranging appointments and ordering my baby's milk, she has dealt with my request for the past few weeks and thanks to her my newborn baby is on the right milk and doesn't suffer from having symptoms such as colic, reflux, vomiting, diarrhea and other symptoms.
She is definitely an asset to the company, with her customer service skills, mannerism, her friendliness, approach towards patients, helping, understanding and dealing with patients concerns and requests. She has a positive attitude and always smiling.
She goes out of her way to help patients.
The surgery needs more staff like her. I and my family have been a patient in this surgery for many years and I must say she is the only person who genuinely cared to help and shows that she enjoys her work.
I have had sleepless nights not knowing what was wrong with my son as he wasn't on the right milk. Every time I contacted the surgery, she resolved my problem and now the end result is all thanks to her.
