"I could not have asked for better care for my daughter"

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was involved in a serious Road Traffic Accident at the weekend. The response from all involved, including the Scottish Ambulance Service crew, the receptionists on the desk in the Emergency Department, and the medical, nursing and support staff in the ED was excellent. They were all compassionate, professional and although working at reduced resource, they were efficient and thorough. They explained everything they were doing and patiently answered questions. I could not have asked for better care for my daughter, who is recovering at home.
