Today I got a call from Garden City surgery Letchworth asking me to contact them. I had been waiting for test results. When I finally got through I was told that I needed to see a doctor and nurse however when they looked to book an appointment there was no doctors one available so they told me to keep trying.
I really am frustrated it took 30 minutes to get through this time and when I'm at work we are not allowed to make private calls so I won't be able to call for an appointment. They then told me to do an e consult but by the time I get out of work in the afternoon these are all full too. Surely if they want you to have an appointment they should allocate one before they call you.
I just don't know when I'll be able to see the doctor and I'm worried about the results now.
