(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I arrived to hospital on Sunday and was quickly brought to 3 south. When I arrived there was three of us in the double side room and I didn't have much room but now I'm in here alone so I have plenty of space. I couldn't fault the staff on this ward there fantastic.

The communication has been spot on the doctors and nurses are both very good at  keeping me informed. The facilities on the ward are okay I think there should be a stool or something in place for you to set things on in the shower room. As I got a shower today and my clean clothes got very wet, a new design of the shower would be a good improvement for the ward. There is also no mirror in the bathroom and there is no sink which isn't great as you have to go into another one to wash your face and hands.

I want to thank you for taking time to leave such kind words regarding the staff.

I thank you for highlighting the issues with the shower which I apologise, I have requested for mirrors to be erected in the bathrooms and awaiting the same to be put in place.
