"More staff as ward is very busy"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 3 South

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been in hospital for 4 weeks, everything on 3 south has been going well. The staff are all brilliant and have provided good care, they have kept me updated and I have found them easy to talk to. The ward facilities are kept clean and they are accessible.

I don't think anything needs to be improved, maybe just more staff at times as the ward can get very busy.

Yes 3 south is an extremely busy ward as you have observed, but I am glad to hear the care given to you was of a great standard
