"Appointment error"

About: The Riverside Practice

(as the patient),

I was called and the phone was extremely muffled. I was told it’s fine if it’s muffled because I won’t be on the call for long but I couldn’t understand who was ringing me. I just remember being asked what my name was and if I had asthma which I replied no and then they were like goodbye.

I redialed the number because I had no idea who/why I was being rung. The receptionist told me someone rang me from riverside practice and they got me confused with an asthma patient appointment. I have my first call appointment later this week but this isn’t a very good first impression of the riverside practice 😅
