(as a relative),

Our cherished and amazing niece passed away peacefully last week. Although she was only in the hospice for a short time the staff cared for her and all our family from the second we arrived. Their care and compassion was second to none, they could not have done any more to support us at this painful and sad time.

Words cannot express our gratitude, they are a truly amazing team.

Firstly we would like to express our sincere condolences to you all. On behalf of the hospice team I would like to thank you for giving the time to give us such lovely positive feedback during this sad and difficult time for you and your family, it really is appreciated. I will share these lovely comments with all the staff in the hospice.
