My Mother was my world and my sister and I devoted the last two years to her care and making sure she had everything she wanted and needed in her last few years. She passed suddenly and I am at such a loss now.
The bereavement society talked with me and gave me some links for groups, online chats and many more tips and advice for how to cope with my grief and although I am just starting on my journey to heal I couldn’t have done it without their guidance. I was lost but now have a starting point and help is just a phone call away. Thank you.
