My elderly mother visited A&E at ESH. Every member of staff we encountered was kind, patient and skilled in their job. The staff remained kind and compassionate even when faced with challenging and demanding patients who were reluctant to listen to the staff. The nurses in A&E listened to elderly patients concerns even though they were rushed off their feet.
