About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as the patient),

I felt really nervous at first coming to the walk in centre but the lady that came out to see me about the issue that I needed to be tested for. She made me feel so welcome and cared about she put my nerves at ease and I didn't feel judged. She was absolutely brilliant and I'm very appreciative of the service and the way I was treated.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. I am pleased we were able to support you with everything on the day. Our nurses like to be helpful and friendly so it's good to know they were.
