"Ovarian Cancer"

About: Victoria Hospital / Gynaecology Victoria Hospital / SEAL (Surgical Elective Admission Lounge)

(as the patient),

Admitted to admissions with severe abdominal pain and after test and scan was diagnosed with ovarian cancer stage 1c. Had hysterectomy then 6 rounds of chemotherapy. Care received was fantastic at all points and had my operation 2 and a half weeks after diagnosis. Cannot fault NHS. You all do a wonderful job. Aftercare has been great too. I’m now 18 months cancer free
