About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency Royal Alexandra Hospital / Elderly Medicine (wards 3-7 & 36)

(as a relative),

Hugely impressed with staff at Royal Alexandra Hospital (RAH) A&E and Ward 4. My elderly mother had occasion to use their services after a bad reaction to meds from GP.

Very quick and thoroughly professional from start to finish.

I was sorry to hear your mother had to be admitted to hospital after experiencing a bad reaction to her medication.

It was great to hear the care and treatment she received from our staff was to a high standard and she felt well cared for.

I will be delighted to pass on your thanks to the staff who I'm sure will be touched to hear your mother had a pleasant experience.

I hope your mother is feeling a lot better and recovering well back at home.
