"Diagnosis after routine breast screening"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Oncology unit Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Outpatients West Scotland Breast Screening Centre

(as a relative),

Family member attended for routine breast screening, result arrived and was advised for further screening as results were not clear. Attended screening centre at Glasgow for this.

Then returned to FVRH outpatients for results, which resulted in family member having to have cancerous lump removed. Return appointment at FVRH at Oncology for final results which fortunately were all clear. 

The care my family member received from initial mammogram until final results was outstanding. Thanks for all your care at this stressful time.
