About: Douglas Street Community Health Clinic

(as a service user),

I just wanted to take the time to praise Xander in the Out of Hours service in Douglas Street, Hamilton.

I visited recently, and his manner was incredible. He was very thorough with why I went in and took the time to hear all I had to say.

Not a question was missed and I left (although feeling poorly) very well taken care of. His interactions and knowledge on my health left me confident with the course of action and I knew I had to leave him feedback.

Keep up the good work.

I am so pleased to hear that although you were still feeling poorly, you were able to leave with a clear treatment plan and felt secure in Xander's knowledge that he would make you better.
