I had the privilege of witnessing an exceptional care and expertise by Staff Nurse Isla at our eye clinic recently.

While leaving work, I unexpectedly came across a lady collapsed and confused, lying on the pavement. I alerted our nursing team, and Isla swiftly arrived at the scene, and her quick assessment skills were impressive. With just one look, she accurately identified the patient's condition—a fractured hip characterised by a shortened externally rotated leg.

Isla's competence and knowledge were evident as she calmly and efficiently took charge of the situation. She ensured the patient's comfort and safety, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to providing high-quality care.
