"Outpatients has changed in a good way"

About: Outpatients / Audiology

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

I am here today since my husband has an outpatients appointment for a hearing aid in the main hospital building. I have been waiting out here for him and it has been good. There are far less people about and the department is so clean. 

The staff are great and came and explained all to me as well as my husband. 

Outpatients has changed in a good way.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us your story. We are pleased to hear that you found the hospital clean and the waiting area wasn't too crowded or noisy. I am happy the Staff treated you well, taking the time with you and your husband to explain everything clearly. Improvements in service, no matter how small, always make such a difference.
