"The nurses and all staff were so lovely and welcoming"

About: Victoria Hospital / General Surgery

(as a service user),

This is my second stay on ward 52. I was brought in with pancreatitis and from the beginning the nurses and all staff were so lovely and welcoming. I was struggling, being away from my children, and they were all so understanding and put my mind at ease. Mrs Purple was a ray of sunshine who brightened our moods on even the darkest of mornings.

Thank you for taking the time to give this lovely feedback for Ward 52.

I am sorry to hear that this is your second time being admitted with pancreatitis. I am glad that your stay was made better with the care you received from the staff.

Mrs Purple really is a ray of sunshine for our patients. I will be sure to pass on your feedback, I am sure she will be so thrilled to hear this.

I hope you make a speedy recovery.
