From the outset everyone who spoke to me kept me informed and reassured. I came with concerns about the outcome, but the whole procedure gave me confidence that I was well looked after. During the procedure the staff kept me at my ease the while time. There was plenty of banter, too, which suited me just fine.

I thank the whole team, from the nurse who carried out the colonoscopy, to the nurse who walked me back to reception. Their professionalism, team working , and care are a credit to the NHS.
