I just wanted to say thank you to the teams for their kindness and input, you had always been so cheerful on your visits, she had had a good life and she had been the most lucky girl.

I am the consultant for the Mid Hampshire Urgent Community Response service. Looking after individuals at home instead of hospital when it is safe to do so.
