About: The Lawson Practice

(as a service user),

I was referred by my usual GP practice for minor surgery at the Lawson Practice. I was offered an appointment very promptly and when I attended I was seen on time. The procedure I had turned out to be rather more complicated than originally expected, and took longer to complete than envisaged. The doctor who did the procedure could not have been kinder or more efficient and she explained everything very clearly, and ensured throughout that I was in no pain. Her assistant was excellent, very reassuring and helpful throughout. Both ensured that I was clear about what I should do on my return home.

This was my first visit to the Lawson Practice and I am impressed by the quality of the service I received there.
