"The only issue I have is the communication"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Elective admissions (CEAW) 4 south

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been in hospital for a while. The care is 10/10, all the nurses are good. The only issue I have is the communication; you get told a lot from the nurses but very little from the doctors. The doctors give information to nurses instead of the actual patient and its almost like you hear information by slip of the tongue.

I wouldn't make any changes to my stay though.  The facilities have been great and the help has been greatly appreciated.
