About: Craigavon Area Hospital / ENT and Urology inpatient West 1

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been on this ward for five days, when I arrived to the ward I was given a bed straight away. The staff have all been great the care the provide is very good. The communication has been fine, I feel as if the staff keep me updated. The facilities on the ward are all accessible and are cleaned well. Everything has been 100% the staff are all lovely, although  maybe having more of them on the ward would benefit them, as there very busy.
