"The staff are brilliant"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department Craigavon Area Hospital / Trauma Ward Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I arrived here 2 weeks ago via an ambulance, I was in a road traffic collision that was very serious. I can't remember much from it or getting to the hospital or anything. I can remember being in the emergency department for a while before I was brought down to the ward.

The staff are brilliant I couldn't say enough about how good they have been for me. The communication has been great as has the facilities which are very accessible for me as I am finding it very difficult to move around.

I have no complaints so far everything has been great.
