"Myself and Alcohol"

About: One Recovery Bucks / High Wycombe

(as a service user),

I self referred to One Recovery Bucks after a tuff few years with a destructive relationship with Alcohol.

I was assigned a key worker who i met with Weekly and gave me a plan and sat and listened to what i wanted to aim fir as a goal.

My key worker didn't only listen to and support me, he also sign posted me to all of the incredible support services One Recovery Bucks offer.

I attended the Learn programme and also the Aspire both gave me tools, insight, tips and so much information and help and guidance to cope with my end goal.

I will keep attending ORB as a outreach support network and will always be enormously grateful for all the work they do.

Everyone i have met has a different story but i've learnt from each and everyone of them.

Thank you to everyone at ORB.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to give us the feedback.

We are very happy that you have achieved what you wanted too and that you have found the groups of benefit to you on your journey. We recommend the groups for most people and as you said one of the benefits is that you get to listen to other peoples stories and this helps to empower you and also helps you to recognise that you are not alone.

Well done and good luck with the rest of your journey I will make sure all staff receive this feedback.
