(as the patient),

I needed travel vaccination quickly. I was very worried but when I went to the Dundee Vaccination Centre the receptionist was really helpful and got the nurse for me. The nurse was lovely, very reassuring and efficient. She took my details, linking to my online application and was able to give me the vaccination that day. She also informed me about other aspects of my trip and about Covid.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your appointment with the Travel team, and I am delighted to hear you found it such a positive experience. I am particularly pleased the receptionist has received recognition as they are the very first encounter when you arrive, they will also be thrilled to hear this praise.

A large part of the travel assessment is ensuring we provide not only vaccinations, but ensure travellers are informed about any potential risks in their chosen destination, and I am pleased to read about this in action.
