"Disappointing"

The initial consultation felt like a tick box exercise totally lacking in warmth and empathy. These qualities are essential when dealing with people with mental health issues. Maybe I was just unlucky, but i was left feeling worse!

The signposting to another service was fruitless and clearly lacked any time or care for suitability. I was just left with a website to navigate to a relavant area. Waste of my time and money travelling. Damaging experience.
